Terms of service

What you agree to when you buy a key.

UPDATED 28 October 2026

Who we are

Tyrant is an independent software provider. Not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any game publisher, developer or platform holder. Third-party names are used only to describe compatibility.

What you're buying

A time-limited licence to run a build on hardware you control. Not the software, not any rights in it, and no guarantee about a third-party game.

Keys are sold at a fixed length: day, week, month or lifetime. Lifetime means the lifetime of that build.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or the age of majority where you live, able to enter contracts, and not in a place where this purchase is unlawful.

Use

No reselling, sublicensing, renting, publishing, decompiling or redistributing. No sharing an account. One key, one machine at a time.

Nothing unlawful, nothing aimed at harassing another person. We terminate without refund for any of it.

Keys and accounts

A key binds to your account at redemption, and the term starts then. Keep your credentials safe; we aren't liable for a shared account.

We have no resellers. Keys bought elsewhere are not ours and cannot be supported.

Availability

The software depends on third-party software we don't control. Builds go offline, sometimes without warning. We don't promise continuous availability.

Time lost while your key is active is credited back. That credit is the full extent of what we owe you for downtime.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payments go through third-party processors and we never receive full card details. Nothing is a subscription.

Refunds

Covered by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Termination

We can suspend or end a licence for a breach, for a chargeback raised without contacting support, or if an account looks compromised. No refund in those cases.

Disclaimers

Provided as is. We don't warrant it will be uninterrupted, error free or fit for a particular purpose.

Software like this usually breaches the terms of service of the game it's used with. Anything that follows from that, including loss of a game account, is yours to carry.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose. No indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes get a new date on this page.
