Refund policy

The 24-hour window

If a build won't run on your machine and support can't fix it within 24 hours of purchase, you get a full refund. Talk to support first.

When we refund

• It won't load on a supported machine and support can't fix it in 24 hours.
• You were charged twice.
• A key was never delivered and can't be reissued.
• Wrong build, key unredeemed, within 24 hours.

When we don't

• The key is redeemed and the build works as described.
• You changed your mind.
• Your machine misses the published requirements, or you're on a virtual machine.
• Your licence ended for a breach of the terms.
• Anything that happens to a third-party game account.

Downtime is credited

If a build drops while your key is live, the clock pauses and the time comes back. You don't have to ask. Downtime on its own isn't grounds for a refund, because the time is returned instead.

How to ask

Ticket or email with your order number. Approved or declined with a reason inside 24 hours.

Timing

Card three to five working days. PayPal usually same day. Crypto back to the sending address at the original dollar value, minus the network fee.

Chargebacks

Talk to us first, we're faster than your bank. A chargeback raised without contacting support ends the account and every licence on it.
